That's exactly what I got today! Sad part, is that when I opened him his right leg by the knee broke. OUT OF BOX!!! I got it at a shop in Astoria I used to frequent, going to try and get a trade-in or refund, but I'm not hoping much as its a small shop. By & by, I think this is the modern version of the Rich Ryder Nova, from a recent series War of Kings comic. Someone correct me, as its been a while since I followed the Marvel U closely.

Ouch! That's unfortunate. I think the problem is that Hasbro has been using this really low quality plastic on their Infinite Series figures that is really prone to warping and breakage. The figures simply don't feel as solid as the other Marvel Legends I own, even the older Hasbro figures.

And I'm not a Nova expert by any means, but I do recall seeing somewhere that this is indeed Ryder, and this is his modern outfit. Couldn't tell you where exactly it's from though.
