Definitely felt like a shoe string budget for Ginga. Sadly I saw a lot of people excuse the increasingly poor quality of the series as a consequence of the budget. A bad show is a bad show regardless of the money involved. Ginga Sadly was quite bad. S has been incrementally better, but not enough to say I enjoy it.
