Not entirely. There was Noa's appearance in Revenge of Belial, several episodes of Retsuden, and a bit in the music video compilation of opening songs, Ultraman Hit Song History. I believe Nexus is also part of the flashback giant monster fight in Ultraman Ginga, with no explanation how he showed up in that universe, but I'm not 100% sure.

This would be the first major Nexus appearance post-show, however.
