I think I see what Garo is trying to become. It seems they're trying to segment the franchise into Past (León), Present (Raiga), and Future (Ryuga). Each with their own casts, writers, and art styles. This gives the shows solid continuity to draw from while leaving them room to breath and do new things. Rotating through these will give variety and everyone will have their favorites. I like it!
