Here's the dealio.

Saban Brands signed a deal with Nickelodeon and Bandai of America through 2016. That means after 2016 everything is up for grabs (probably not with Bandai of America, pretty sure they'll still get the deal).

2011 JAP: Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger
2012 USA: Power Rangers Super Samurai (from Shinkenger)
2012 JAP: Tokumei Sentai GoBusters
2013 USA: Power Rangers Megaforce (from Goseiger)
2013 JAP: Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger
2014 USA: Power Rangers Super Megaforce (from Gokaiger)
2014 JAP: Ressha Sentai ToQGer
2015 USA: Power Rangers Dino Charge (from Kyoryuger)
2015 JAP: Shuriken Sentai Nininnger

Saban has already stated they are hesitant on ToQGer because "trains don't sell well". So I wouldn't be surprised if they skipped ToQGer and used Ninninger. You might think "IT'S TOO SOON" but not really. By the time it would air here they would be TWO SERIES AHEAD OF THAT in Japan.
