Even though Mashiro Inoue loves being Tsukasa, the guy has been getting decent supporting roles in TV shows and some stage shows since the end of his time as Decade. Inoue's stock as an actor has rose since then.

That Wizard special just happened to be a coincidental chance of circumstance where Inoue happened to have some opening in his schedule to be able to pull it off.

Otherwise, I don't see Inoue returning to a "Decade sequel tv series" at all UNLESS Toei pays him big money.

Considering the movies rake in more money than the tv series, I see a "Decade Taisen" movie having a greater chance of occurring upon the Heisei 20th anniversary than a Decade sequel
