Such a subjective topic, and I've managed to watch so many seasons so far, but Liveman really sticks out to me as one of the quintessential Sentai seasons. There's a tremendous amount of development of the core characters and their relationships to the villains made fighting that much more personal than the standard plan to stop the villains from conquering Earth. Not only that, but I absolutely adore the soundtrack.

Jetman has a special place for me as that was the first season I ever watched, Dairanger was balls to the wall action throughout, Zyuranger felt extremely nostalgic to me, and I loved every bit of Dekaranger, Magiranger, Boukenger, and Gekiranger when I went through them all at once. Shinkenger was also amazing to me....however, I really find myself coming back to Liveman when it comes to choosing my favorite Sentai.
