I wanted to come in and complain about how we were duped into thinking episode 9 was a standalone episode and that 10 really was the second part as soon as I started this episode, but after finishing it, I guess it wasn't really quite like that... That plot was still there yet in the background and didn't even get resolved. The problem isn't with two episode arcs in general anyways, but rather having them repeat ad infinitum. So even just a little change in pace like this can help.

That said, still irked Volt is seemingly running around.

Also that apparently we should have watched Episode 0 before this? Still haven't seen a stream of it, so moved on and oops...

Anyways, backstory! Yay backstory! Mr. Belt and Heart stole this episode. I only hope Heart isn't finished off so soon in the next. I'm thinking there's more related between the two than Heart just being his killer.
