The only thing that I like about History of Trunks was that he became SSj after the death of Gohan which work out very well to me. In the manga, Future Turnks was already SSj from the start.

The Bardock TV special to me was enjoyable but I do enjoy DB- better since we get the chance to see the life style of Planet Vegeta in the manga for the first time. Episode of Bardock was garbage and felt like terrible fan fiction. Bardock became SSj over some kid that he never cared about and he can become SSj despite Vegeta who was stronger then him during the Freeza saga was unable to . Episode of Bardock is one of the worst animated movies and specials next to Lord Slug, Bio Broly, DBZ Movie 10 and Super 13 in my opinion.
