My first was just Japanfest in Atlanta. It's a pretty neat con. I got a cheap Diend mask there
My older brother told me that the man performing magic tricks at the cafeteria there was actually a pretty famous Japanese actor. He wasn't toku and I never remembered his name, but I found that little tidbit of info pretty funny
It was more "General Japan", and it's not really big for gamers or anime fans, but it was pretty nice for what little gaming and anime paraphernalia they had.

And I totally got jipped out a free shirt during a trivia contest there! (The question I failed was "True or False: Taro is a popular middle name in Japan." The problem being that Japan doesn't have middle names, but the implication of the question is that middle names do exist, 'Taro' being a popular one, so I was a bit confused and I had 10 seconds to answer :I)
