looking at some of the other videos on his channel this was probably in in 93 same as the big long 2hr video he has with a lot of behind the scenes of diaranger. they where probably digging out the zyuranger mechs to film the transformation sequence they did for MMPR season 2 when the old zords turned into the thunder zords

that same 2hr video also has some footage of the storage area lots of bikes and other prop vehicles just rotting a way. fo to 11 minutes 20 seconds for the prop vehicles
