Because it sounds cool. Japanese love the sound of the english language so even if they dont know what it means they will use it because it sounds cool.

Same goes for the german language by the way. Alot of japanese clothing has german words printed on it just becuase its sounds really cool to them.

In story reasons are rarely given for that. In Gaim the only explanation we got was that Ryoma just loves to put the sounds in the lock seeds. He calls it "a guilty pleasure" so thats that.
