Okay I can give a slight explantation in story for Drive but it's a major stretch, Warning spoilers ahead


Okay so we know that Belt-sans name was Steinbelt which is a partial play on Steinbeck, which is a name of German Decent, but having looked at Steinbelt's human form we can see that he's Japanese, but his last name seems to indicate that he is not fully Japanese. Thus I theorize that one of Steinbelt's parents was an ambassador of sorts to Japan, and that they were multi-lingual (probably spoke at least English, Spanish, Japanese, and German), and that Steinbelt in his young age was taught this various languages or at least English, and Steinbelt as a child would randomly use english words to spice up his dialect, and this was a habit he kept into adulthood, and into this time as belt-san. So what do you think?
