Actor Yoshi Sudarso revealed (twice due to an error on the first post) on his official Twitter that Sarah Garcia is set to play the role of the Aqua Power Ranger in Power Rangers Dino Charge. Sudarso is presently portraying Koda/Blue Dino Charge Power Ranger in the same series.

For those who didn't care to watch Juden Sentai Kyoryuger, there were actually 2 Aqua Rangers (called "Kyoryu Cyan" there). The first was a spirit by the name of Ramirez, who later passed on his powers near the end of the series to Yuko Fukui, the widowed younger sister of Nobuharu Udo/Kyoryu Blue. Any details on how we meet the Aqua Ranger have yet to be given.
