Leaving out all the Riders that kept going in some form or another like Double and Den-O there arent that many Riders left that could have a real sequel since most of their conflict got pretty much wrapped up at the end of their season.

Kabuto and Blade could be two that would allow themselfs to a sequel though. In Blade we already saw mankind trying to create their own Undead and with Kabuto there could always be more Worm or other alien lifeforms coming to earth.

Kamen Rider Blade II: (except this time its about the Undead based on mythical beasts.

Story:
A few years passed since the battle between Blade and Joker. Kenzaki, now an Undead himself has disappeared. A new BOARD has been forged and three remaining riders went on their normal lives, except Tachibana who now leads the new corporation.

However, the peace doesn't last until new Undead were born. The only hope is a new generation of riders (I'm not talking about Glaive, Lance & L'arc) taking on the legacy of Blade.

Story:
Since those past few years, Amane discovered the truth about Hajime being Chalice/Joker and for what happened to her father. That grief changed her as she never spoke to Hajime anymore.

That was then Jest and Glaive gave her the same system as Chalice. She fights against the other three. And when Blade returned and reunited himself with Hajime, Mutsuki & Tachibana, Hajime tries to save Amane from her pain and help her come back to the girl she loved when she was little.

A former BOARD member trained by Tachibana. However, discovering there was another Joker card (Albino) that was sealed, it's voice tempted him and made him become a rider and turn against BOARD.

Kamen Rider Glaive/Kerberos (Ace)

Story:
The leader of the terrorists who somehow found the Kerberos card. Copying BOARD's rider system, he created Glaive. He also gained an ability to become Kerberos unlike Tennouji.
