There was a reason they could remember I think, but off the top of my head I can't remember it right now XD

But for the other bit, I completely agree. They established that Bulk and Skull couldn't recognise Rocky, Adam and Aisha because they didn't live Angel Grove at that age and that the timeline changes when Aisha stays in Africa, but no one seems to care that the same should apply for Tommy and Kat or various other bits of time travel confusion.

But hey, it still makes more sense than Power Rangers moon logic
