You know, I was going to collect the Metal Gear Solid line, especially since I have Big Boss from Peace Walker. However, my friend got me Kratos earlier this month, and this happened:

The store my friend bought it from could not do a return on it because it was a special order item and they are no longer able to order one to replace it with.

I contacted Square the day I opened it (Aug 4th) and after waiting two weeks, they told me to send them pictures, I did, then they said those pictures were not showing up, so I resent them those above, and I have not heard back from them since. I told them all I want are replacement pieces.

Due to this, my Kratos figure, while amazing, is a major disappointment and I just cannot justify spending $60 on Metal Gear figures and taking a chance of this happening to one of those. On the positive side, all that money for MGS stuff I was saving for my anime convention in two weeks can now go towards any Figuarts I may find or to the charity auction.
