Why hello there, fellow fandubbers! (Okay admitted, I rarely do fandubs anymore, mostly just on request)
So far, your project seems really promising
As for the intro speech, I'd also go with what everyone else said. It sounds a lot like just reading, but it should sound more like story-telling, more emotional, with some more pathos
Also: microphone-quality. I highly recommend getting a better mic with clearer audio quality. I've heard worse than the one used for the speech, but it still has this slight "telephone-sound" to it.

The opening sounds good so far, though personally, I had trouble understanding the lyrics. Pronouncing the words somewhat clearer and a bit more intense would help the sound, I guess. Also, I don't know if that happened to do the regular singing and the edited singing being mixed together, but it kinda sounds like the mic was overdriven at some points?
