Sledge was clearly done with Zedd in mind; he's New Zedd. I'll defend my answer: Zedd had a monotonous color (red) with what is implied to be a metal exoskeleton covering his form. Sledge has an armored look with green underneath. Zedd and Sledge are both PR-Exclusive villains who are romantically involved with adaptations of pre-existing Sentai characters who were designed with a radically different motif in mind than their respective "hubbies", or in Poisandra's case, "prospective hubbie". Either way, good image, and someone petition Bandai for a Sledge figure, preferably one that is easy to locate and not relegated to overly expensive Ranger packs.
