So with the reveal of Kamen rider 4, I feel this is an appropriate question to ask: Do you think that toei could pull off a rider capable of flight and/or with jet theme? Do you think due to their more heavy reliance of CGI lately that such a rider would be too expensive for them? and How would such a rider look and fight?

To answer my own questions.
Yes I think Toei could do it but they would probably have to reduce the CGI monster fights and effects through out the series, so making him/her a secondary rider would be more cost effective. And for fighting style I would like them to use the full power a jet theme would provide, and have the rider use more heavy attacks that would involve slamming, holds, and more or less use wrestling techniques.

(also honestly I've been holding this question in for along time it just seems appropriate now) (also the whole use power attacks was inspired by the way Jet Kirby attacks. Deepsea is kind of a dork if you couldn't tell).
