Some muscle bound ass says "Its morphing time" and starts shooting a bunch of thugs in the most overly violent way possible way is not serious its just absolutely absurd and I cant imagine anyone actually taking this serious.

It's not about anyone taking this seriously, but rather the film seems to take itself seriously. That's the only funny thing I can see. That something's so absolutely awful it's somehow funny. But even then I don't see this supposed tongue-in-cheekness to it that we're apparently supposed to.
