Dates have been up for March's releases (though there's not much toku-related anyways) and the TWE dates also just went up recently:

Retail:
14th - Agito Burning (re-release)

TWE:
18th - SHF Black Beet, Ultra-Act Ace Robot

All the other web exclusives for March are listed as hitting on the 18th, so in theory NY and other middlemen sites could get their stock by at least early the following week and people with EMS shipping could have these in hand before the month actually ends (again, in theory).
