So far i watched, Dr. Jin series 1 and their sequel Jin 2. Both are very good, if you like medicine and time travel then this story is for you. It follows more or less the same premise as in the manga but the ending is different. Sorry i wont spoil.
The other J-drama i watched was Umechan sensei, starring Horikita Maki in the leading role (yes the same as in Hana Kimi), good story as well for its 15 minute per episode format. Too bad has not yet fully been translated as it goes over 100 episodes. Well, it was a morning drama. Reminded me a lot to NHK's Inochi (1986) which made me to tear a lot, had great stars of the decade now famous, like Mita Yoshiko, Yakusho Koji (famous for his role in Memoirs of a Geisha and Babel). This story is also set in a post war Japan (1945) and how the heroine Takahara Miki becomes a doctor after her mother pass away from cancer, eventually she is joined by her sister who assist her as nurse. It spans different generations between Japan in the mid 1940s to the then present 1980s.
