Neither Belt-San nor Shinnosuke know who Gou is fighting, they only knew Mach was using Dead Heat. Yeah, they didn't know he was fighting Heart as well. But even still they got their asses handed to them the last time they fought Medic, and that was together. Yeah Dead Heat is more powerful than either form they were in at the time but still.
