Mandarake is a great place to get stuff like that. They're a online store that specialize in "used" merchandise, but by that I mean "there's a dent in the plastic bubble" or "the corner of the box is crushed a bit". There's just a few things you have to keep in mind:

-It's a purely Japanese site. That means that if you want to search for something, you need to first run the search terms through Google Translate so that they're in Japanese instead of English. If you want to browse thier scelection of Drive stuff, the link is here.. They don't seem to have any Combo Change stuff at the moment, but their stock chances constantly, so you should always be on the lookout for new additions.

-Make sure everything in your order is from the same store. Mandarake is actually a chain of stores, so different things are in different locations. You need to pay attention to the name of the city listed below the item, because if they're different, those two items won't be shipped together. For example, if I order a TK Drive from Fukuota and a TK Mach from Umeda, they'll be shipped straight from their respective stores and shipping'll cost almost twice as much as it would have if I ordered them both from the same store. Also, note that each listing is individual, so if you keep scrolling through you might eventually find both figures at the same store so you can order them together.
