Considering it's a Sentai, it's the characters who get to do all the flashy cool stuff who'll be important.
Anyone who plays an RPGs and MMOs know that Healers and Tanks are vital. But since they won't be doing any cool weapon combos or throwing magic explosives, they'll be left in the dust.

Female Green - Healer

Blue - Wizard/Mage

Yellow - Warrior (tank)

I think it'd be best to make the Mage double as a Healer and put a hunter or assassin type character on the team, just so they won't become dust in the wind.
