People who act like Gen 3/The Hoenn region of Pokemon were good. Because when I think of Pokemon fun, it's the constant need to surf the world. And then the constant need to Dive and resurface to get around. AND THEN the wild encounters featuring Pellipers who won't let you run and, should you choose to battle, spam Protect.
It's like the caves, except no items to find or good Pokemon around...

And then there's FR/LG, a beat for beat remake that gets everything so wrong it's a chore to even want to finish. Menial additions (A couple Hoenn mons and like, 8 Johto mons), barely anything new (Sevii Islands? You mean those 4 islands where you can get a potion, an escape rope, and some shit Johto mons? Yeah, real fun), and no real sense of wonder...
