Matt didn't have a villain take over his body for a whole year, there isn't an angry love-sick symbiote still yearning for him, Jameson doesn't focus on him, Morlun and his siblings didn't hunt him and any other incarnation of him down, and no ones tried to clone him and have the clone replace him in his own life.

Yeah no, Parker's life is the pits, Matt's just blind and a horrible choice for a boyfriend. And occasionally takes over a ninja clan, but that has perks.
