I've been back and forth with Character Option's customer service today, whose response has basically been "We can't help you. The figure is discontinued and we don't have the parts. Just return it."

Not sure how that works since ALL classic Daleks are made of the same parts, but okay. The fact a bunch of new figures have just been teased on Twitter (including a 1963 Dalek that has the SAME damn colour scheme) has soured my mood even more. If I wasn't down the rabbit hole so far/loved this franchise so much it'd almost be enough to make me want to stop buying these things.

(There is a Night of the Doctor 8th among the teased figures too though which is pretty sweet....just a shame its 3.75" and not 5" )

How in the name of Moffatt does that happen?
