[Suzu]

I think we talked about designs before, so I'll just go by backstory this time (which will change the list somewhat). Been thinking a lot about this ranking so the explanations are kinda long-ish. Spoilers ahead!

5. Den-O Liner Form
While I was never a big fan of Den-O, whenever all the riders appear and use their final forms and Den-O is Liner instead of Climax Form, I always let out a squeal of excitement because honestly, this form is one of my favorite things about the show. Ryotarou obtains this form after not only accepting Yuuto's way of fighting, his selfless desire to save the future, but also after being disconnected with the imagin. I think it is a very strong message that this final form is Ryotarou and just him. Yes, the Imagin support him by giving strength to his weapon, but he fights on his own and I think this was a magnificent way of represanting that he has grown as a person and as a hero. At the same time, it also shows that relying on friends and trusting the people around you is something that can make you stronger and support them as well.

4. Wizard Infinity Style
Wizard has many flaws, but the general concepts aren't necessarily bad and that goes for the concept behind Infinity as well. I really liked the idea of Haruto losing the magic that he was given by someone else and regaining it out of his own strength, making it even more powerful than before. Yes, magic tears and the driver constantly shouting "IIIIINFINITY" made the debut lack a bit of impact, but it was still one I really enjoyed.

3. OOO Putotyra Combo/ Blade King Form
As Eiji and Kenzaki are pretty similar and both forms work in the same way,( but are a bit different from Kiwami Arms overall,) I put them in one spot. Those two forms had a really good concept that worked great with the character development of Eiji and Kenzaki. Both of them had experienced a moment in their life where they lost someone without being able to save them (his parents for Kenzaki and the little girl in the civil war for Eiji). They both became riders to be able to not experience that feeling of helplessness again and were prepared to grasp onto dangerous power. Both went out of control and were stopped by a precious friend (King Form by Hajime, Putotyra by Hina). I think it's wonderful how those forms both represent how heroic the two of them are and what kind and caring persons, by also making clear how much of a burden being a hero is.

2. W CycloneJoker Extreme
While the design is not quite one of my favorite designs ever, I really like the concept behind the form. It is presented as the combination of two imperfect people with different ideas and personalities, different strengths and weaknesses, overcoming the latter as a team. Not to mention that I cried like a baby when Shotaro dissolved the form, thus letting Philip die by his own hand. Oh God. Ohhh god, the feels.

1. Fourze Cosmic States
I think Cosmic States is the most touching final form ever. Gentarou being brought back to life by the bond with his friends and thus getting stronger made me cry my eyes out. The episodes where he obtains it are incredibly touching and Gentarou shouting at Ryusei that he'd take everything from a friend before getting killed by him breaks my heart every single time. I just love how it represents his bond with his friends and thus gets stronger or weaker together with his relationships. I was pretty amazed that he actually lost the form temporarily when JK left the group. Overall, this form really impressed me the most. And Cosmic Mind is one of my favorite Rider songs ever.
