5. Ryuki Survive
While I have yet to watch Ryuki, I can honestly say that from a design standpoint alone that Ryuki Survive is easily the best evolution of a base form that I have see in a final form as it takes what is already a pretty kick ass rider form and making it much more refined and simply breath taking to look at. I now it's pretty much just a pallet swap of the base form (switching out silver for gold) but it's an effective one. I even catch myself shouting out "SURVIVE!" in the tone of the K-Touch from time to time.

4. Fourze Cosmic State
I like this one just as much as Ryuki Survive, but I couldn't resist giving it this number for the sake of making a pun... or something. Anyway, Fourze's design I find is often given a bit too much flack than it deserves. Yes, his design is unusual but it fits an unusual rider and Cosmic certainly is no exception. It's sleek design and cool colors really make him pop when compared to his fellow riders, and that sword of his is simply bad ass. Doesn't hurt that his theme song is awesome too.

3. Wizard Infinity
Probably one of the most emotional final form debuts, Wizard Infinity might have seemed to come out of nowhere when in actually it was firmly set up from the beginning and makes sense within the laws of the universe with turning despair into hope and all that.... but that's a discussion for another day isn't it? No, where here to walk the form itself and boy is it a beauty. Gotta say, while I didn't much care for it upon seeing it in the magazine scans I instantly loved it after seeing it in action. The way this form moves and looks kicking ass can't be done justice in pictures as it's beauty comes from the way the light reflects off it's diamond plating and silver coat. Truly a form that invokes power and regality.

2. Decade Complete Form
Much like Wizard Infinity, the point that Decade Complete Form exist to showcase is power. Not just power of Decade himself, but the power of all riders that came before him. Sure, the cards on his chest look ridiculous, but once again this is a form that you need to see in motion to get the best effect as watching the cards flip from rider to rider is pretty damn cool. I mean it's better than the chest of Gaim's Kiwami Arms am I right?

1. Cyclone Joker Xtreme
Oh look, a form that I'm sure no one saw coming! I only named my first OC rider after it and all that! Yeah, anyone who has talked to me about Kamen Rider at all knows that I love W to death and although some riders have come close (Wizard, Kiva and Gaim) none have yet to dethrone the hardboiled duo of Philip and Shotaro.

The main thing I look for in a final form which is an evolution of the rider's main base form (The main reason why you won't see OOO's Putotyra Form on this list) and W showcases this perfectly with the middle of Cyclone Joker's body literally splitting open to reveal an inner layer of more intricate detailing representing the circuits of the world's memory banks. It takes the best of what main W's starting form great and escalates it to the Xtreme making for a final form that won't be leaving the number one spot anytime soon.
