Insects (Kamen Rider has been riding that for over 40 years, so why not Sentai?)
An all female team
Another car themed Sentai
Sea creatures
Monsters (yokai or things like vampires, ghosts, etc.)
Zodiac (hey, if Kyoryuger can get away with 11, amiright?)

I don't think we are going to get another car sentai just yet and I still don't think Toei will use insects as a main theme for sentai when KR kicks senate's butt in all categories (I prefer sentai, but KR has higher ratings and toy sales).

I like the sea creatures and monsters motifs. Also the cowboy theme could be really interesting, but I don't think they will go that route for the 40th sentai. Now the 41st? I could totally see it. But then again, this is Toei....anything could happen.
