I think he could be the final boss of Drive because in W, No one expect Jun Kazu to be final boss of W because they assumed that Ryubee Sonozaki was the final boss since he have very strong connection with Philip who happen to be his son

He could be, or Medic could pull an Enter and usurp him down the line. You're likely right though, as they're introducing him late enough in the show to be worthy of the position.
