Because you didn't pay attention enough. There was no announcement but Banno already appeared in Type Tokujo (Part 1 RAW was out for like half of month). He's dead and almost no percent of returning (most likely will get on-screen time through Gou's delusion, though), so why bring up the trouble of annoucing non-special guest that only plays in some minor scene, really? Have they ever announced who is Krim Steinbelt in human form?
