i buy that, but if gou is human, he wouldnt follow his orders that easy since he's cleaning up his father's sin, it's obvious that ipad brainwashed him, just by looking at him, it's not like he did this on his will even in the previous episode 001 had a plan to bring gou over to his side, so it's obvious he's brainwashed by 001, now chase has to figure how to bring him to his senses.
