It's like they don't have anyone on staff to handle customer relations, Just marketers

I'm wondering if they replaced their old social media staff after last year, when they teased/alluded to a lot of stuff we might be getting, such as that Figuarts ZERO Zedd. Just kicked that guy(s) out for overstepping his rank and replaced him with... well, people who are just doing the bare minimum.
