The secondary Rider, Kamen Rider Hood!

Bio:
Kamen Rider Hood/Akari Fuudo: 16 years old. An ex-child soldier working for a criminal Fairy Tale/Folklore ring, she was rescued and taken in by STORY in an attempt to give her a better life. Realizing she could not let go of her past training, STORY instead allowed her to become one of their Riders, utilizing the Hood System. She’s mature for her age and was relatively unattached to anyone besides her caretaker, her Fables and the first user of the Fables System, Takeru Kirisaki. Following his death, she became determined to train Seiji to be a proper successor. Despite being given the opportunity to return to her family, she denied it after seeing her parents happy with their new child/her younger sister, opting to keep them safe by not reconnecting with them.

Hood System
-The second System developed by STORY, Hood resembles a basket. To access the powers within, Akari must lift one side, which flips the other to reveal the Once Author. Akari then simply places the Essence into the Once Author and push down the lifted side, spinning the Essence and Once Author to transform her into Hood. Unlike the Fable System, this one’s final attacks are known as “Ever Afters,” which, rather than destroy a Fairy Tale/Folklore, encases them in an Essence.
-Basket Essence: The Essence powered by Lil’ Red, it is a bright red in color.
-Bell Essence: The Essence powered by Suzuka, it is yellow-green in color.
-Coffin Essence: The Essence powered by Hitsugi, it is clear/whitish in color.

-Basket: Hood’s default form, the Rider gains her name from this form, due to its noticeable red hood. This form is armed with a combat knife, known as Shinku and is the fastest of Akari’s forms, utilizing its speed to get the job done. Due to their high synchronization rate, if Akari is in danger, Lil’ Red can take control of the form. This form’s Ever After is known as “Chi Delivery”, in which Lil’ Red takes control and uses her speed and Shinku to cut into their enemy multiple times, before delivering a powerful stab into their stomach.
