Yes he is because he is clearly shown to be a more extreme Batman after the death of Jason Todd and the destruction of Metropolis broke him as a man.

Lex always had hair and lost it later on in his life. Plus we already know Eisenberg is gonna go bald down the line.

Because its a trailer that mostly wants to show action? And there is enough plot hinted at with the ideology conflict between Clark and Bruce PLUS Superman having to deal with the aftermath of his fight against Zodd.

You dont know under what circumstances he is with those soldiers. He could easily do this against his will to not be declared an enemy by the worlds government. Or a terrorist group inspired by him and since its fucking Superman he would deal with it in a different way and NOT fight them.

We are still almost a year away from its release which makes it clear that the cg in those trailers is not final at all.
