It doesn't explain why they had him listed on their site as in-stock when it was not.

Also the Rock Bison was a damaged item, but the box that came in was in better condition than the SIC box, which had a nasty gouge in it. I don't generally care about box quality that much but I thought that was odd. It was such a great price I can't complain too much though.

So it's not just me then! They did the same thing to me about Figuarts Agito. It was listed in stock on their site and a week passed and no movement on my order. I emailed them and they said that they were waiting on a restock. I then told them that a simple email to that effect would have been good for customer service. Speaking of customs...anyone have any advice? My package from Korea has been in "Processed through sort facility-ISC Los Angeles" since 9/9.
