Although the only way for your idea to come to light would probably be through Boom! They are now doing comic books for Power Rangers, but still that chance is like smaller than an atom.
There is nostalgia in fan debate. 20 yrs. of history prior to Super Megaforce, then we had to unbearably look at Pre-Zyu in Super Megaforce; shoe-horned in without detailed explanation as to why. That is what I am truly getting at. People showed some enormous aggravation at the Pre-Zyu Inclusion during the "Legendary Ranger Mode" changes, and some thought that they should be given greater detail. Dairanger was the first as "New Powers". Here is a mere consideration as how to handle that "greater detail". Pre-Zyu is only one singular, microscopic detail compared to the greater whole, and the greater whole is what I want to defend. There is definitely a certain naivety in my stance on the matter, but that does not change its validity. Super Megaforce made mistakes, but that can be corrected and all the confusing elements from Mighty Morphin' through Super Megaforce can be jumbled together to create newer episodes. While they would be traditionally standalone pieces, they would loosely come to together with each build-up to create an interwoven tapestry and all the questions all the fans have asked over the past two decades can finally have a chance at not only being brought to the surface, but settled in an acceptable and respectable manner; no single cast, no single team, no single focus.
