Those are Slotroids from Moero Robocon. Technically the final Metal Heroes series after Robotack. These guys don't transform or anything but each has a fun action gimmick. Robomogu (egg-guy) has a microwave in his chest you can spin with a back dial. He comes with 4 meals on a parts sprue that you can cut off to put in there. The top half of his body can extend a little too to reveal a mouth in the shape of egg shell cracks all the way around his body.

Robodigi ( the little blue guy) has a button on his back that when pushed makes his eyes roll like slots and it lands on different facial expressions & numbers in the style of a calculator. He also has a flip-down key board on his chest.

Gantz Sensei (gray robot) is electronic and features a mini-game. He has an interfacing gimmick with Robocon himself whom I don't own that let's him boost his stats with the attachment in his hand. His chest opens to do the tamagotchi like mini-game.
