It's actually not from a anime this is from one of the 3 brave series spin-off games "BRAVE SAGA 2"

The 2 brave saga games were basiclly crossover games for the 8 brave series and also introduced the cast for the canceled 9th brave series "BRAVE SAINT BAAN GAAN"

There was a third game called "BRAVE WARS" which unlike the previous 2 did include all the brave series but introduced the game exclusive brave "RAYSERVER"
