Love W, and Accel, and I love Drive and Drive himself as well... so this is pretty tough.

But I think I gotta go with ShinNee-San here, Drive just has a lot more to use in terms of his "basic" gear, I mean he might as well go Midnight Shadow, clone him self and give Accel a run for his money. Aside from his basic shift cars, he also has Belt-San/Mr. Belt to aid him, so in a sense it's already 2 against one, with the aid of Belt-San I'm sure Drive can work away around Accel tactics.

On top of that, the Tridoiron can be powered up through the shift cars, and can also be controlled through Belt-San. Now between it, and the Accel-Gunner sounds like a tough battle, but seeing as how the Tridorion can just be controlled through Belt San, I'm pretty sure Drive can just sneak attack behind Accel.

So... Yea Drive gets my vote.
