I watched it recently. It was an okay and enjoyable film. It had a couple of great 'feels' moments in it, especially the graduation scene. Nero doing his Kyoryuger-esque style roll call was funny to see again, especially Noir, Morc, and Shwarz's reactions to it.

Unless I missed something while watching it, but Conductor as ToQ 7gou was random and I don't think there was a clear explanation as to why he was.

All in all, I enjoyed the film. Not amazing or extravagant but enjoyable.
