Me neither. They have a handful original of songs I listen to (E-X-A, Missing Piece, Last Engage, Just The Beginning and Saite), but only the CD versions. Their live performances are torture for my ears.

I typed the names of the four models - Onna, Ceci, Jovi and Yona - into Google and saw that this video is also on YouTube. I also found a YouTube channel called BGs Kiss and the girls look to be a music group from Hong Kong.

It is a cosplay video. Aside from the fact that the girls are all different (and would be missing members), if this was made by Toei, they would pose with the correct Riders and it would probably be on the official Toei Tokusatsu Channel. This is 100% no official Toei footage and the girls are 100% not the real KRGS.
