The intriguing part about the gadgets for me is that I get the impression they might activate more sounds in some way. The catalogs made it clear that the Gan Gun Saber and the Ghost Driver communicate similar to the Handle Sword and the Drive Driver. It wouldn't seem too impossible for the Gadgets to push some buttons that send special signals to the belt. But maybe the gadgets just have electronics in them and that's it. I guess we'll see.
Not only are transforming toys generally more fun, but these also have the benefit of adding playability to the Saber. Yeah some of the combinations are sorta ugly, but I'm loving the massive versatility of Ghost's weapon. In short, I think the Gadgets are super rad.
