It's actually a little different than the pile o'loot. The pile o'loot charges you regular shipping with the first item in it, then a little extra shipping money for each item that you put into it. Private Warehouse you just pay for the items as they come in stock, and then later you pay shipping when you decide to ship. But whereas you have to ship ALL of your pile o'loot simultaneously, the Private Warehouse lets you add whatever items you want to your shipment order.

This is significantly cool because with their real time shipping calculator you can shape your shipment to be as cost effective as possible. That entire HLJ shipment was Fed Ex( Express International Courier) 2-4 day shipping, 1380yen. Fairly big box. Next price bump was to 2000-something yen on FedEx(EMS was consistently around 2000+yen). It took some shuffling to get the maximum number of items for the lower price.

BTW Fed Ex is based on volume not weight so for something with a lot of diecast it's probably a better option than EMS. HLJ might actually be a better deal than Amiami for certain things, assuming HLJ isn't stingy with their discount.
