I don't dislike Ninninger, but I'm not even slightly tempted by this mecha. The individual limb design seems comparatively weak to me (very little transformation, and not very dynamic outside the combined mecha.) More importantly, it doesn't continue the "we used a dartboard" theme that I'd found so charming from most of the prior mecha.

Also, I'm a little disappointed that the center mech is supposed to be a turtle and not a goldfish.

If there's one thing I've learned from reading the "what are you watching?" thread, it's that what we enjoy is unpredictable and seemingly (from the outside) random. We love Sentai, but we're not a hive mind. I was crazy-in-love with Kyoryuger, and couldn't stand the characters in Jetman. That doesn't make me question the taste of people for whom Jetman is a favorite Sentai, though, or the taste of people who didn't find Kyoryuger mucho brave.

If Ninninger debuts out a mecha combining daikon, an apatosaurus, a toilet, a ballerina, and a helicopter, I'll be all over it. Less so Gekiatsu Dai-Oh. Sweet bird mecha, though.
