The reason I would like a male Pink Ranger is for children to learn that pink is not just for girls. Here in Arizona, I see a lot of men who wear pink shirts, and none of them that I have met are gay. As long as he isn't gay, it would teach children a good message that it is perfectly fine for a man to wear pink.


After all, Nickelodeon has a character who wears pink, and he isn't gay:



Yes, I know that in the series they said Timmy wears pink because his parents wanted a girl, but the true reason is that Butch Hartman's blue marker ran out of ink, thus he decided to use pink instead. Plus, in the live action movies where Timmy was portrayed by Drake Bell, Timmy still wore pink, and those were not women's clothes.


BTW, I am not gay, and pink is my signature color. Here is one of my signature looks, partly inspired by the live action version of Timmy Turner, although with a lighter shade of pink:
