I think it was, honestly. Then again, I never thought Drive was ever absolutely terrible though. It was mediocre and forgettable for a stretch, but I always found some enjoyment out of it. I tend not to be very harsh critic, though. I've watched every Heisei series all the way through and while I certainly dislike some more than others, I can't say I downright hated a single one.
